Stock #521 – version with short front levers, die-cast metal with solid rubber tires. Hitch is not original and part of bottom has been repainted. Right side lever controls gears that will turn beater bars when wheels turn. Gears do work but lever is slightly bent and will not lower all the way to engage the gears. 3 of the 4 brackets that hold the lever rod are missing or broken. Right side tire is worn around axle and is loose. Assorted paint chips, wear marks and rust. Made in the U.S.A. in the 1950s by Carter, 9.5″L x 3.5″W x 3″H. USED, NO BOX, AS IS.
